Universal Value
‘Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.’
Wisdom guides us from making unwise decisions and it is a gift that we can give to our children. At Suncity, we aim to inculcate the ‘Sanskars’ in our young learners through universal values. The value for this month was ‘I Am Wise’. To cultivate this virtuous value and to help each child understand that we are wise when we pay respect and obey to others, the educator narrated the story of ‘The Wise Rabbit’. Children were taught to think before they speak and accept other people for who they are.
